Healthy meals don't have to be boring, stale and leafy all the time. They can be crunchy, umami and...Delicioso!
One of my home favorite dish is definitely K-pizza, I call it, which is Korean Pajeon - seafood pancake. Most of our loyalists are located in NY so I know you love the 'thin crust'. Tonight, hit the H-mart, you are gonna make some delicious K-pizza, free from processed cheese, meats and heavy seasoning. Also! great for 'libido' because we are making this with "chives". Chives are packed with vitamin A and C, also its Allicin which may help lowering risk of cancer, lower cholesterol level and boost stamina. It also helps warm up the body effectively therefore it boosts blood circulation hence leading our body to detox. Chives are also a great remedy for period cramps. Last but not least, its beta carotene acts as antioxidant which will prevent aging and improve dull and maturing skin. One more! when you are having bad diarrhea symptoms, drinking chive juice with a few teaspoons of vinegar will help ease the episodes. As we are approaching to one of the most beloved holidays of all couples, I promise this recipe is our secret weapon to romantic candlelit Valentine's Day dinner that will get you the results(choose stamina over chive breath all the time!). Wink wink 😉
