To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and send us your reason for requesting a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund request is accepted, you will be required to use your own shipping method to ship the package back to us or the unused portion of the purchased goods or if we determined that you do not have to ship back any item, we will let you know (case by case). We will provide the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Items received/delivered more than 3-days will not be eligible for damage claim and refund for that reason)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or gift codes.
We do not offer exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (Full or Partial Refund). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
